Disliked: It is NOT a smoke free environment. The rooms and hallways smell like marijuana and cigarettes. The staff said they could not do anything about it.

Liked: Room was nice and big. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The room smelled like mildew and we finally figured out why when water began pouring into our room from the bathroom ceiling. The response we got when we notified the front desk was underwhelming. There was no urgency or apology from the staff. I was overcharged for parking also. We smelled natural gas outside one of the entrances and when we let a staff member know she said ‘it’s fine’ and brushed us off! We did let the front desk know how unhappy we were and that we won’t be staying ever again. All they did was give us some worthless ‘points’ that we will never be using. A refund is what should have happened, at least for one night. Terrible
