Not happy

Liked: The reviews were misleading. The place had a smell, ants crawling on wall in bathroom. Reported to front desk and nothing mentioned how can we fix this and nothing. You would think to keep a customer happy and i don't recommend especially for the price. Noone says have to put a deposit down besides your payment. Didn't understand that

Liked: The staff was amazing. They made sure it was a memorable experience for me and my family. I really appreciated them going above and beyond. The hotel itself is cozy and has everything you would need.

Disliked: The room was outdated and very dirty…. Carpet, mold in bathroom, smelled very bad.

Disliked: We were in the bottom floor. We constantly heard people/kids running and jumping for hours at night. Super annoying but its bound to happen when youre on the ground floor. Resort cant control it. Renters just need to be more mindful and considerate.
