I am writing to share my recent experience during my stay at [Hotel Name], which was quite disappointing and fell far below my expectations.Upon entering my room, I was appalled to find it in a filthy condition. The carpet was dirty, and there were blood stains on the blankets and sheets. This lack of cleanliness is unacceptable and made me feel extremely uncomfortable throughout my stay.I had also been looking forward to enjoying the pool, but upon inspection, I found it to be very dirty. I was genuinely concerned about the possibility of catching a bacterial infection, which deterred me from using the facilities altogether.I believe that cleanliness and hygiene are paramount in the hospitality industry, and I hope that you will address these issues to ensure a better experience for future guests.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
