Liked: Very Nice and clean, lots to do around and close by. Food, Beverages and Music.
Disliked: Got there at 10 after 3 pm and had to wait over 30 minutes for my room, told I would get a call but had to go and ask if the room was available after checking again was told yes.

Disliked: When I first arrived I was told they gave my room to someone else. I paid for a bay view and got a building. The room I was given had a leak somewhere in the kitchen and when I informed the front desk I was told maintenance would fix it. Twice they said i

Liked: I did not like anything about the hotel. Staff was rude
Disliked: I had the maintenance guy in the elevator with my 10 year old niece. He invaded her space and I complained about it. The manager spoke with me and did nothing about it. The air conditioner did not work properly. Nothing was done about it.

Liked: The toilet stopped up and rocked upon sitting on it. The ac unit made a loud noise at 2 am in the morning ( they brought a fan to the room). Claimed they'd fix it, unfortunately we had to suffer the remainder of the week with a box fan. The washer machine took my coins and didn't work.

Liked: The front desk personnel was very energetic and informational. The rooms were spacious and clean.
Disliked: You can tell previous guests and their dog(s) have beat the room I stayed in up who should be charged for the cosmetic repairs. The bathroom sink faucet was very loose and felt like it was about to come off and there should actually be a door for the shower not just half a glass. Water was splashing out onto the bathroom floor.
