"No Room at the Inn"

Disliked: We were told that we could check check in at 3:00 pm. We arrived at 3:15 and only one of the five rooms were ready. We had to wait over three hours to get our rooms. Sitting in a lobby with small children was very painful.

Liked: It was so nice to meet the front lady, Jennifer. She was very helpful and informative, she made everything easier with her smile and made us happy too.

Never again.

Liked: Nothing really
Disliked: The staff didn’t know what they were doing will never stay here again. Over $0.86 difference they almost lost me my room.
