Great space

Liked: I really liked how much space it and the great breakfast
Disliked: They did a system update during the day so we could not check in to our room until 630pm when check in was at 4pm. We had to sit in the lobby but the children was able to get in the pool. We didn't get a room key until the next morning due to the system update, so everytime we needed to get in the room some from going out someone had to let us in.

Great rooms, great location, not...

Liked: The room was great, the lady that was there at check in and the one that was there at check out where so pleasant and kind to myself and my daughter. The room was clean. My daughter loved the gym.
Disliked: The overnight lady was rude to my child when she went down to get a snack but couldn't remember our room number off the top of her head. She snapped at her and didn't bother to just look up what our number was. I was also very upset that the pool was not open, we did this hotel beciase it had the pool and we where in a great place to get to the hospital every day. I am thankful the pool next door allowed us to use it, but they closed at 8p, and we only got to swim for 30 mins.

Liked: Staff was amazing! Place is clean, comfy, and very welcoming.

For what we needed it...

Liked: Loved the space. 2 Room suite was more than enough Room for teenager and parents. The full size refrigerator, dishwasher were great to have. Having set of cutlery, and full set of dishes. Coffeemaker, toaster great options to have if you like to cook in
Disliked: Refrigerator ice maker was broken, had to go to 2nd floor. Carpet was filthy, furniture filthy (had old blood on is and was damaged with holes). Room had dust on walls, some sort of grease on bathroom walls, sofa was beat down afraid to sit on it. Desk chair showing stuffing. Only pots, ever tried cooking eggs in a pot. Old stove top, nasty under the eye. You can find replacement at the dollar store.

Liked: Space is well designed. Didn’t have any issues with sound insulation. Huge living area and very good furniture- large sectional sofa, good firm bed and huge desk. Lots of power locations for charging. Very well thought out layout. Lots of storage. Big kitchen with all amenities. Very big shower and vanity area. Very nice common areasWe had amazing view of the woods- private and zen
Disliked: Many very small areas with slightly damaged things- like lamp shades, caulking in bathroom, damaged shelves . But nothing major. All very small staff if I neat-pick..
