Overnight stay

Liked: Staff were very friendly and professional. Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Unfortunately we were given a different room to the one we booked. This was put right, even though the hotel was apparently full. The new room had issues with the toilet which could not be put right, so our stay was not comfortable or pleasant. The staff were SO helpful trying to put things right, though through a series of circumstances they could not. There is no criticism whatsoever of the staff and we would not hesitate to stay here again. The situation was dealt with to our total satisfaction by the manager, thank you.
