Disliked: Didn’t know there was a breakfast until we were leaving.Front desk manager was not very customer friendly when checking in and when we ask for additional supplies. However, a person cleaning the halls got what we needed.

It was horrible stay away

Liked: When I checked in with my daughter I asked for a 2nd or 3rd floor room since we were not with my husband they did not try to accommodate. After we went to bed I had to use the bathroom when I came back out there were bugs crawling on the bed. It was so late that I work my daughter up and we slept on the sofa not pulled out. The shower had only one setting and when I went to by something at the market place they couldn’t make change

Inside and out Breakfast hours were different than every other Residence Inn we’ve stayed in, but we were NOT told the breakfast hours at check-inl
