My Favorite Place

Liked: It's clean/quiet, convenient to stores, and it's definitely in an excellent location. This is my favorite place of choice anytime that I come to Columbia SC.

Very good

Liked: Everyone that assisted me at the front desk was exceptionally great day and evening staff. Lolita, Johnathan made my experience great.
Disliked: The rooms were super dark and had a very odd odor like a nursing home, they also weren’t very clean.

Superb

It was an ok experience.

Liked: The beds were really comfortable.
Disliked: The roaches on the counter in the kitchen, it also could have been cleaned better.

Liked: Staff were wonderful. That’s about where the good part ends.
Disliked: Not the usual standard that I expect from the Bonvoy brand. The hotel smelled like a mix of boiled chicken and stale smoke.They cancelled my room for no reason but then put us in two separate rooms, not necessarily the worst outcome, but definitely an inconvenience, the staff were really good and accommodated us.Neighbors came home around midnight. The walls are too thin to really cancel any noise from people walking down the hall or in the next room so therefore I had a terrible night of sleep. Tried to use the laundry roomOne person took up all of the washersAfter walking all over the hotel to find the place and get money to use the machine. Frustrating.We are not going back

Liked: The layout of the property was convenient. I stayed in the two bedroom and it was spacious with a kitchen perfect for a family or group trip.
Disliked: The fireplace didn’t work in the room and the breakfast was repetitive. The pool needed to be cleaned.
