Residence Inn by Marriott Cleveland Downtown

Liked: Great room.
Disliked: Checking in took one and half hours because they were not familiar with the Reservation Number.

Loved the room. Very spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. I would definitely stay again next time I attend a concert at the Q. The staff was very helpful and friendly also.

Liked: I loved being able to walk across the street to get to Quicken Loans Arena.

Liked: Great apartment overlooking the Rocket Arena with a comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and bathroom area.
Disliked: It was a bit dated, the carpets and furniture could do with updating.

Liked: The place is unique and very spacious. The room has always been clean and the bed is always super comfy. The location is perfect to see anything in Downtown Cleveland. Close to the casino, baseball, basketball, football, the rock hall, the science center, Playhouse Square, the amazing bars and restaurants! Cool being in the arcade and a room with the fireplace in the winter, is a cozy must!
Disliked: The breakfast ladies are done at 10 and not a minute later. Always feel rushed if heading to breakfast a lil later and not a great selection of foods. Disappointing and definitely not a reason to spend more for breakfast included.

Disliked: I was supposed to have a room with a king bed and a pull out couch. The room did not have a couch, so my daughter and her boyfriend had to sleep on the floor.
