Disliked: Room windows didnt open, impossible to get fresh air in the room; in parallel, the ventilation system was pushing smelly air from the kitchens into the room; loud music until 11pm from bar/restaurant downstairs; pool towers were super old; some lifts were not working

Liked: Sheets were dirty upon arrival had to have someone come change them. Bathroom was dirty and very dusty

Nice location, nice staff, but...

Liked: The staff was very nice. The breakfast was wonderful.
Disliked: The couch / pull out was broken. Even sitting on the couch you almost hit the floor. The linens on the pull out where NOT clean. The lock was broken on the door. They fixed the lock and offered new linens but couldn’t / didn’t do anything about the pull out couch which my son was supposed to sleep on. There was a bar outside our room blaring music until 2 am. So we all had a hard time sleeping. I asked for another room which I have never done in my life but they were unable to accommodate us. I actually have never complained about a hotel room until this one.

Disappointing

Liked: I dislike paying $400 a night for a room and having no hot water, last day just had got it hot then went to cold! We ran the water for 15-20 minutes at least just to be able to wash our hands with hot water..complained to the guy working in Lobby at 4:30 am and he was sorry about that, we are working on it... I don't think so.. also ran out of a lit of breakfast because the big hockey team was there, they should of known how much was needed by how many people were registered, poor management. That's enough . Some if the best workers were who parked our truck..all other staff spoke I only Spanish! And just looked at you....same in stores mostly..guess they are the only people who are actually working so shouldn't complain...just aggravating when they ignore you or just look at you
