Liked: Very comfortable, clean, and modern facilities. The hotel is very well located.
Disliked: The hotel is located very close to a hospital, and the sound of ambulances and fire truck sirens is frequent both day and night. Unfortunately, the hotel’s sound insulation is not adequate to block the noise, and we were woken up several times during the night.

Super convenient and clean as...

Liked: We loved the location! There was a 7-eleven, Trader Joe’s, CVS, and shopping super close to us which we enjoyed very much. The staff were super friendly and welcoming from beginning to end, couldn’t have asked for better. I did a lot of research beforehand on where we wanted to stay and cleanliness and reviews were a big deciding factor. It was super clean, loved the soft sheets, and modern layout of the room and hotel. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Amazing vacation in Chicago at...

Liked: We arrived at 2 am to the hotel and everything worked well, the room, breakfast, fitness center, bar, restaurant, location, etc.
Disliked: We couldn’t stay longer.

Excellent Stay at Residence Inn...

Liked: We had a fantastic stay at the Mag Mile Residence Inn. The room was exceptionally spacious, spotless, and very comfortable – perfect for our family trip. The small kitchen was impressively well-equipped, which was especially helpful as we were traveling with a baby.The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was large and clean. The hotel also has a stylish and welcoming lobby, which was a great space to relax and spend time with family who were in town for a wedding.The gym was another highlight – well-equipped with quality machines and free weights. And the location couldn’t have been better: just steps from the Magnificent Mile and a short walk from the river and many of Chicago’s top attractions.Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for space, comfort, and convenience in the heart of the city.
