Wish we could have stayed...

Liked: The staff was so helpful and accommodating, they were very helpful with my toddler and two dogs. Great room, loved the convenience of the breakfast, nice pool and fitness room, great location.

Amazing

Liked: We loved everything. Tara was amazing. Her quote on her card about being Queen of Customer Hospitality is absolute truth. She went above and beyond and she is so very friendly.
Disliked: The pillows were a little flat. But overall, it was good.

Aside from the minor things...

Liked: The hotel location and rooms are always great and the staff was very nice! This is one of my favorite/go-to hotels!
Disliked: I wouldn’t say I “didn’t like” anything in particular, but I did have to request more towels because we were only given 2 body towels but had 4 guests reserved for the hotel. Also, we were only given 1 roll of toilet paper with 4 guests, and I when I went to request more, I was only given one more. Only other thing that could be worked on with this hotel is that it always takes quite a while to get the incidental fees back. Most hotels verse the charge within a day of checking out. This particular one takes all week most of the time or longer. No, it’s not my bank because I’ve checked with the and they can’t do anything to a pending transaction, so they always tell me to wait until the hotel finalizes the charge, which I’m not sure why it takes a week to do. Lol. I checked out Saturday morning at 11 am, and it’s still pending as of now, which is Monday at almost 11 am. It’s still a bit early now since yesterday was still the weekend, but we’ll see how long it takes this go round.

It was a very amazing...

Liked: Beautiful facility with AMAZING over the top staff and breakfast. The pool room is a huge plus! We will be back :)
