PLEASE UPDATE YOUR HOTEL, IN...

Liked: Staff was very nice.
Disliked: Hotel is VERY out dated! We were on our way to a family reunion and stopped here for the night so we had to use all the beds including the sofa bed. The sofa bed was TERRIBLE!!! VERY VERY old with dog hair, crumbs, and dust on, in, and around it! Yuuup...guest can bring their pets to this hotel and from the look of the sofa, the pets sleep on the sofa beds!!! Thankfully I brought my Lysol spray and multiple flat sheets from home. I qiped down, sprayed, and then covered every inch on that bed including the sofa pillows and the pillows to on. My son was hungry and brought a frozen pizza from the lobby but couldn't cook it in the microwave because the microwave was broke and wouldn't heat. On top of that, the stove was disgusting. Even though it was only for one night, I wiped down EVERYTHING in both rooms, living room, and definitely the kitchen. The staff was very nice and the location we were in was amazing but I will NOT be staying there again!!!

Great way to end Valentine’s...

Liked: We loved the rooms and the stay. Our room didn’t have a working shower but once we spoke to the front desk, they changed the room with no problem at all.
