Very nice property with friedly...

Liked: Everything was fantastic and the people made it better. This is a very friendly and customer centric property.
Disliked: The cleanliness of the rooms could have been better with a bit of sticky kitchen floor and the toilet was not good at all.

Bait and switch

Disliked: They overbooked the hotel and had us move to another hotel at our midnight arrival. The alternative hotel had constant construction going on and was full of dance competition children and their mothers.

Liked: The location was great. The complimentary breakfast was good.
Disliked: My handicap room downstairs close to the exit door had a stale smell. Also the toilet over flooded during my stay. The staff were very friendly and did what they could. Other than that, everything was ok.
