Nice.

Liked: Nice one bedroom.
Disliked: Iron was filthy and almost ruined my new shirt with black gunk. Employee was excellent in handling it and brought a brand new iron.

Liked: The room was clean. The room was nice and quiet.
Disliked: When we checked in the person at the front desk didn't seem to know what she was doing. When we checked out I them check my bill since I was pre-paid. She had billed me the full amount so I was double paying. I am still waiting for my credit card refund

The overall stay was very nice

Disliked: We didnt have forks in our kitchenette area only spoons The microwave appeared to be going out wasnt working like it should. And the drain in bath tub was missing so my 2 year old could not take a bath

It was a Great trip home and Residence Inn made it that much more comfortable!

Liked: Everything was great. Staff was AWESOME! Very helpful and very nice. Especially a lady named Denise. She went out of her way many times helping when we had questions or needed anything. She's a Great asset to your business, deserves recognition or a raise in pay. Thank you Denise and Thank you Residence Inn.
Disliked: Everything was Great, will be back again when in town.
