Overall fine but needs a...

Liked: The location was fine. Close to where we needed to go. I was able to request a ground floor room for easier access with my elderly mother. It was quiet & I felt it was a safe location. Staff were pleasant & friendly.
Disliked: We've stayed here before & this time it seemed to be "slipping" in overall comfort & cleanliness. The room was clean to a basic standard, but I did notice stains on the couch, the carpet & even on the sheets. Our room was also cold despite turning the heat up. The room also needed a few minor repairs to fix or replace bedside lighting & other small trim.

Liked: Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Front desk person was very nice and accommodating.
Disliked: All good.

Great location, but jacuzzi was...

Liked: Accommodated our request to have both rooms near each other. Breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold items. Cook was very nice. The gym looked nice, but we didn't have time to use it. They had a good cable machine, weights, and cardio machines.
Disliked: The open showers in the suites don't work well. Water gets outside the shower space all over the floor.The jacuzzi was out of order and was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel for a 16th birthday party for my daughter and her friends. No compensation was offered at check-in when I expressed my disappointment.
