Noisy room because of its...
Liked: Location was not bad
Disliked: We got a room that was behind the elevators and an exit door to the right that openned up to the front parking space. The room was noisy. In addition, the room had a strange smell. The manager told us they didn't have any othrr room to give us but she was going to go through bookong to give us 50% off. We are still waiting for the 50%. This was back in March

Disappointing
Liked: Guest service was very kind. My unit had the oder of a sour mop. Had to find the remote for the TV under the bed and had no hot water. Had a power outage, but that was out of their control.

Disappointed in a Marriott property
Liked: The location was perfect.
Disliked: When we first got into our room, it smelled like dead fish. When we brought it to their attention, all they wanted to do was to spray deodorizer, which would only mask the smell for a short time. We then asked for a different room and we're made to feel as though we were asking for a lot. They were not accommodating, and made it very obvious that we were bothersome.

Over priced and unfriendly other...
Liked: For a hotel that caters to the cruise industry I find it ridiculous that they have strict checkout standards of 11: 00am when cruise ships don't board and leave until 1:30 to 4:00, leaving guest to sit around in lobbies and wait for their shuttles etc. With the exception of one employee, the staff was curt, unfriendly, and unaccommodating.
