It was a pleasant stay....

Liked: We have stayed here several times over the years and love the location.
Disliked: Luggage carts were not able. Maybe you should take a fifty dollar deposit on the carts which is refundable upon the return of the cart. If the patron (s) keep the cart overnight they lose their deposit. We were traveling with a lot of luggage and being senior citizens we had to make several trips from the ground floor up to the fourth floor (426) because you didn’t have carts available or bellhops. Also there is a huge difference in the breakfast buffet when the cruise ship guests are staying there and when they are not.
