The hotel is easy to get to; very clean and inviting. Room was ready when they said it would be. They even called within a few minutes of us being in our rooms to make sure everything was good. Never have I experienced that level of customer service before! It was great. The rooms were fantastic, spacious, clean and well laid out. It kind of felt like a home away from home, rather than a hotel away from home. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Calgary and would stay there again next time we are in Calgary.

Liked: Close to airport. The staff at both the Residence Inn & adjoining Courtyard Marriot were all friendly, helpful & accommodating. The breakfast items were terrific.
