The hotel is easy to get to; very clean and inviting. Room was ready when they said it would be. They even called within a few minutes of us being in our rooms to make sure everything was good. Never have I experienced that level of customer service before! It was great. The rooms were fantastic, spacious, clean and well laid out. It kind of felt like a home away from home, rather than a hotel away from home. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Calgary and would stay there again next time we are in Calgary.

Highly recommended if you are...
Liked: Very helpful staffs and kind. Comfortable room.
Disliked: It's quite far from the city, but again you will need a car for anything anyway.

Very comfortable, great relaxing evening.
Liked: Very friendly staff. We had our Bernadoodle with us. The staff made us feel our dog was welcome too. The room was great with a view of the snowy mountains.

The Renaissance Inn is Barış...
Liked: - Breakfast has always been amazing here (Even if it get crowded).- Rooms are always big and roomy.- Staff is always super polite.- You don't need to be a buisnessman or buisnesswoman to stay here. And if you are, who knows... Maybe it will make you into a better one.

Liked: The suite was beautiful. They enjoyed the breakfast as well.
Disliked: Information or a guide on using wifi or increasing or decreasing thermostat would have been very helpful. This was the only concern they had.

Disliked: For example, the hotel reservation department said booking could change the date, but Booking told me that the request to change the date has been sent to the hotel and I am waiting for the hotel's reply. I don't know who's dealing with the problem. No one wants to solve the problem honestly. Just passing the buck. And the date change column you gave says all dates are full, and what I see is that you have vacant rooms on many dates. booking's email automatically Reply This email has been closed. Ask for a receipt, multiple times, and tell me you sent it once. I don't know if it was a mistake or a lie. Anyway, do you have a good experience if you're a customer? I will definitely give you the worst reviews, that's how I really feel!
