Liked: It was extremely clean. The layout of the room was very comfortable.
Disliked: We went to the downtown location by mistake. It was a bit confusing on our GPS. Water pressure was a bit low. I have very thick hair and had to work to rinse it.

Liked: The location of the hotel is very convenient for my travel. The staff serving the breakfast are courteous and very helpful.
Disliked: Staff at the check in did not give me information about the included breakfast nor offer me a choice in the rooms which, she did for the next guest checking in, without prompting, within earshot of my having checked in. I found this highly unacceptable

Not comfortable.
Disliked: Broken bed and the staff couldnt move us to a properly working room. The dressers etc were also broken. It appeared we got the room no one shouldve been rented.
