Great location with a wonderful...

Liked: Breakfast was awesome. Thanks!! We had things to do in Gloucester and in Boston so the location was excellent. The staff were great. They were friendly and respectful and easy to work with. We had an issue with the tv and it was taken care of immediately. There was an issue with the toilet but we figured it out. So others are aware when you flush the toilet you have to make sure you pull the lever back up manually or the water will keep running. Room 511.

Liked: The bed’s are extremely comfortable. The sitting area was lovely as well! The breakfast was also very good. Most importantly, the staff was pleasant and very helpful.
Disliked: Not easy to get into.

Liked: The property is nice, Kept up, clean.
Disliked: It’s not a lot of parking, especially in front of the unit that you’re renting. I had to park my car two buildings down, so it was really inconvenient for me to get things out of my car when I needed. also, I nearly locked myself out of the bathroom by shutting the bathroom door before going into the shower because the door locks on the outside when you shut it.

Disliked: The room was freezing when we entered. It was around 7 degrees outside. There were no extra blankets. The heat was either too hot or too cold.
