Great hotel. Great location. Wonderful...

Liked: A wonderful location! Right next to the water, so close to the city and basically on the Freedom Trail walk. Very convenient for everything. The dishwasher was beeping all night the first night which was annoying but they addressed it quickly in the morning. Great buffet breakfasts. Not really enough tables for the number of people needing to use it. Valet parking is a bit pricey but handy to have the car in the garage of the hotel. Staff were helpful and were working hard.
Disliked: I felt like the staff were really under pressure at times.Not really a negative but an electric kettle in the room would have been great! I'm not sure why they don't have one as a standard. And having at least 4 towels in the room as a standard when there are 2 queen beds + a sofa bed.

Liked: Good location, close to the city center and main attractions. This was our second time at the hotel, and both experiences were excellent. The hotel doesn't look luxurious, but it is well-maintained and kept very clean, creating a very cozy atmosphere. The staff was extremely friendly and always ready to help—providing extra towels, snacks, dishwasher detergent, a tray to take food to the room, etc. Our kids enjoyed the pool; the water temperature was comfortable for swimming, around 24-25°C. It’s not hot, but it’s certainly not freezing like it was in May. We also enjoyed the beautiful bay view from our room on the 8th floor.
Disliked: Breakfast is pretty basic with limited variety. I would definitely prefer a kettle instead of a toaster in the room.

Liked: Luxury hotel, price was decent love the view to the harbor when I’m coming back to this state definitely will come to day in this hotel

Our stay was nice and...

Liked: The location was perfect, a short walk to TD Garden for the Bruins hockey game.The room was large and the bedroom was separate from the sitting area with sofa bed perfect for our son, both had their own TV. Breakfast was great! above and beyond a normal breakfast included with the stay.
Disliked: The water pressure in the shower wasn't good and the water temp was lukewarm, it needed to be a lot warmer!
