Liked: It was nice enough
Disliked: The AC in our room wasn’t working it was 80 degrees in our room. They moved us to a room with AC that was so loud we ended up driving home. Fitness room AC also not working.

Exceptional

Liked: The front desk workers are exponential in the way they help their guests. They have amazing hospitality customer service. They also know how to accommodate their guests when something happens. They deserve an award for their service!

Liked: I love the location, the people who work here, the rooms, and the breakfast in the mornings which is free. The Housekeeping does a great job cleaning this last month Zueiline, Desiree, Chester special.mention

Liked: I recently had an outstanding experience at the hotel's front desk.Hotel employees was exceptionally helpful, providing excellent customer service with a friendly and efficient approach. Their attentiveness made my stay even more enjoyable. !

Disliked: A lack of communication by staff to verify my stay.I was checked out at 7:46 am a day earlier come back to find I'm locked out.Check out is noonNo call, text or email to ask why are you bags still in the room when checked out at 7:46.Discrepancy in price.

Disliked: Not the cleanest . Shower curtain had a build up of scum. The A/C quite working day 4 and it was hot outside

Liked: Breakfast was disappointing - not keen on cake for breakfast. Location was very good. We went into Mystic before we went to the hotel.
