Superb

Exceptional

Liked: Clean quiet and having it seem like home away from home

Great hotel

Liked: Everything was great for the most part. Friendly employees, great customer service. Clean, nice and quiet hotel.
Disliked: Room kept getting hot. It would've been nice to be able to control keeping the room cool. Im guessing their ac is set to energy save and theres no way for guest to change that, neither my boyfriend or I slept well because it would get so hot in the room while having to wait for the air to turn back on. A fan in the rooms would be a great addition to the rooms for this issue.

Disliked: Ice machine in freezer should be turn on when guests are expected in the room. There isn’t any ice machine other than the room one that we could find. It would be helpful to have a binder of local information in the room also ie aces to order from.

Comfortable, family-friendly stay with good...

Liked: We spent several pleasant nights in a comfortable and well-appointed suite, which included everything we needed to prepare simple meals in the evenings. The breakfast buffet was consistently satisfying, with enough variety and thoughtful accommodation of our special dietary needs. The heated indoor pool and fitness center, available at no extra charge, were especially appreciated by the whole family. There’s even a basketball court, which added a fun touch to our stay. The hotel staff were always friendly, responsive, and made sure we felt welcome throughout our visit.
Disliked: The proximity to the highway did cause some noise disturbances at night, which may be inconvenient for light sleepers. Requesting a room on the quieter side of the building might help reduce this issue.

Great hotel, highly recommend

Liked: Ill start at check in, they had fresh baked chocolate chip cookies that were delicious.. The check in process was easy and the staff was very friendly. Our room was huge, clean, great lighting, and exactly as expected. It's all about the little things, right? There were paper towels, dish soap, kitchen towels, utensils and dishes, even a little scrub daddy sponge. Everything you need. The bed was super comfortable as were the pillows. Had a great night sleep amd the room darkening curtains kept the bright light out. Parking was easy, the pool and jacuzzi were great. The bubbles weren't working, but still nice having the hot water. The coating on the inside of the jacuzzi and pool was VERY gritty and hurts if you scrape your feet or knees. Just have to be careful. Overall very satisfied with the stay. There was a full hot breakfast as well that was stocked well and very good.
