Great hotel, highly recommend

Liked: Ill start at check in, they had fresh baked chocolate chip cookies that were delicious.. The check in process was easy and the staff was very friendly. Our room was huge, clean, great lighting, and exactly as expected. It's all about the little things, right? There were paper towels, dish soap, kitchen towels, utensils and dishes, even a little scrub daddy sponge. Everything you need. The bed was super comfortable as were the pillows. Had a great night sleep amd the room darkening curtains kept the bright light out. Parking was easy, the pool and jacuzzi were great. The bubbles weren't working, but still nice having the hot water. The coating on the inside of the jacuzzi and pool was VERY gritty and hurts if you scrape your feet or knees. Just have to be careful. Overall very satisfied with the stay. There was a full hot breakfast as well that was stocked well and very good.

Excellent place to stay!

Liked: All the staff were very relaxed and calm, but especially Nick. He was at the desk when we checked in. He was very nice and took great care of us. He made our stay feel as if we were right at home.

We can always rely on...

Liked: The entire property, including our room, was really clean. The room had plenty of storage spaces, lots of lighting, easily accessible outlets, a kitchen with a full size fridge, dishwasher and supplies. There was a sitting room with a very comfortable couch. The staff were exceptionally kind and friendly. Good complementary breakfast!
Disliked: My only complaint (and it’s minor) is that we couldn’t figure out how to adjust the thermostat. It was set to 72, which is likely comfortable for most folks but we were too warm.

Liked: Large clean room, cozy bed, friendly staff, well located.
Disliked: There is a ventilation problem. There is no extractor fan and if you cook, the smell stays in the room and doesn't evaporate. Wifi is ok, can be better.Breakfast also can be better.
