Terrible stay and didn’t even...

Liked: This was by far one of my worst Marriott stays ever
Disliked: There was a banging noise from mechanical room starting late evening to almost all night. They tried fixing it at 3:00am without any warning that they would disable water and we couldn’t take shower. And then when water was put back on it was all muddy

Disappointing and unreliable

Liked: They cancelled 4 hours before we weee due to check in! Really disappointing as I had booked this wwwks ago. They blamed booking.com system issues

Disliked: I extended one hour for check-out. However, the cleaner was trying to open the door even I put "do not disturb" sign on the door knob. And she kept trying to open when I was in the shower. This was not comfortable at all. I suggest that front staff should coordinate with cleaners which room needs to be cleaned later. In that way, everyone would spend extra time without disturbing. Thanks!

Wouldn’t book there again!

Liked: Location to where I needed to be!
Disliked: Room was too hot! Thermostat set at 72 degrees and I could not make it cooler! Complained to the front desk upon checkout and they told me it was a new policy of Marriott to pre set thermostat! Also the hot tub was not working!
