Nicely appointed room - very clean. Staff was friendly and breakfast was plentiful. So close to Fenway Park and House of Blues. We'll definitely stay here again!

Everyone was so nice and my son said the hotel was lovely, especially the roof top bar. This hotel was very close to the House of Blues which made him very comfortable. Thank you for your assistance.

Disliked: Staff seem to be uninspired to provide any customer service only service the rooms every other day they charge you $70 a day for parking it would have been cheaper to park at Fenway spent 1800 on three days stayHad to always ask for clean towels, someone to come empty garbage cans in the suite The pool look like an elephant took a bath in it Never was asked how was my stay never was thanked for my business at checkout, I was handed a bill and said here you go no thank you, please come again staff seemed not to care about their guests. It was just a job that they punched a clock worst hotel stay in my life the property is nice and has a lot of potential. Their staff doesn’t care about customer service or cleanliness.
