Liked: The breakfast was not great but having a kitchen was wonderful. I just picked up some breakfast things and made my own. That seemed like a healthier choice than eggs and bacon. I found my suite comfortable and very quiet. The location was very close to the rapid transit that takes you to SF airport.
Disliked: I don't have any complaints really.

Disliked: TV broken in bedroom. Told 3 times over 2 days that “engineer” was coming and never did. The coffee maker and toaster were also broken but promptly replaced.

Liked: Updated rooms. Doors separating the living area and the bedroom helped with sleeping arrangements with young kids.
Disliked: The valet service was awful. Very expensive. Not sure about other times, but if you are planning on checking out on a Sunday morning (which I'm sure is the busiest time), plan on waiting at least a half hour. We waited an hour.

Liked: it was down the hill from the amphitheater, so didn’t mind walking back to the hotel.
Disliked: the beds only had one pillow for each guest. next time I would call down for more but would probably get charged.
