They accept pets for $30 each. Super clean with a great layout. Loved the walk-in shower! The kitchen was completely stocked and a full size fridge. This place is very nice and has quiet, comfortable rooms. I would stay here again and recommend it.

Disliked: There was some dust on top of the fridge and the shower floor had a couple of dirty spots.

Liked: The location was excellent. The breakfast was above average! The morning service staff were very kind.
Disliked: The check in process was lacking. The manager on duty looked past myself (a woman) onto a man and helped him first. Turns out he was a member with elite status. I learned everything I needed to by his speech to that customer. The staff member that assisted was highly unhelpful. I had to prompt every bit of information. Asked me to insert my credit card… I had to ask what the purpose was, how much, etc. Told me there would be a hold — had to ask how much. He didn’t know. Gave me my room keys and a parking pass but didn’t tell me to put the pass in my dash. Didn’t tell me my room number. Fine- I can read the envelope. Checked into room, then read the parking tag and had to go all the way down stairs to my vehicle to place the tag. Was a POOR start.

Excellent hotel!

Liked: Breakfast was awesome, fresh and lots of options.
Disliked: As an option, a to-go bag at breakfast would be good.

Spring break in Bend and...

Liked: The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was updated. Liked using the hot tub and pool everyday. Staff were really friendly. Location was close to the Old Mill District and 25 minutes from Mt. Bachelor!Loved that oat milk was an option at breakfast for my coffee. The oatmeal was wonderful with all the healthy additional topping options. Lots of seating.
Disliked: The hot breakfast seemed standard unhealthy. I didn't eat any of it.
