Liked: How large our room was. Very clean room and a comfortable bed and varity of pillows.
Disliked: That we had to leave very early in the morning.

Liked: I love this property and location. Staff is always nice and attentive. I was just extremely disappointed that the pool was out of order. Relaxing in the poor was my sole of visiting the hotel.

Disliked: This was a last minute wedding anniversary trip because my husband and I wanted to go swimming. It was overpriced for 1 night at $230. We did it anyway because it is our anniversary. The advertised indoor pool isn't open until July I attempted to change or cancel the reservation as soon as I saw the pool is unavailable. There is no way to change the dates or get refunded. I tried through Booking and was forwarded to contact the property. The property said that the only way to change anything is through Booking. I got the trip insurance. However, I'm not optimistic about receiving any refund. This was easily the worst experience I've ever had booking a room.
