Disliked: Worker lied about the pool and my kids couldn’t swim we had to go nexted door to use the pool amd we also couldn’t get a key to go in and out our room we had to keep going to the front to get clerk to let us in…… no one came change our sheets r offer to clean our room throughout the two days which was unexceptional

Liked: We decided to stay at residence inn on our trip to Austin. We had a superb time. Staff were super nice and polite. They were more than happy to serve and help us. The rooms were just as good. Super clean. Beds were very comfortable and it made me feel at home. Breakfast was delicious made with fresh ingredients and had a variety of options. The hotel was equipped with ice machines, a gym and a Swimming pool.
Disliked: One concern was the Pool’s cleanliness. The pool had a lot of bugs and ants.
