I would like a refund...

Liked: I booked double queen beds. I booked 2 room. When I got there I was told at the hotel that I will been getting a room with a king bed. I paid for 2 queen beds. My family had to sleep on a sofa. I would like to talk to a manager about what happen with my rooms. I paid for room where everyone was suppose to sleep in a real bed. Please call are email me about the matter.
Disliked: I was given the wrong rooms. The hotel would not change the rooms. I tried to call booking.com 2 times. The first time they said they would send the hotel a message that I was suppose to have the double queen beds in each room. Booking customer service rep also said they will call the hotel. Bookings rep said she could not reach antone in the hotel. I was standing right there when the booking rep said she was calling. The phone never rang. The 2nd tome booking rep called she put me on hold to call the hotel then the phone hung up. I was stuck in the incorrect rooms for days.
