Great place to stay if attending a concert at the Tabernacle. Close to resaurants; easy to get to; friendly staff.

Liked: 3 blocks from Tabernacle. Room was very roomy.
Disliked: Nothing.

Overall staying at the Resident...

Liked: We enjoyed being on the 20th floor to celebrate our 33rd anniversary and the shower with the different streams was wonderful. The breakfast was very good with the variety of choices.
Disliked: We did not like that the valet could not park our truck in the parking garage and that we had to park it in a garage around the corner. This should be mentioned on the website so people will know in advance.

Bad

Liked: I like about it in the middle of the town and everything close to you
Disliked: There is no parking lot and you charge me extra 100$ I don’t know why my pet fee was 150$ and my car was 150 fot 3 nights and you charge my 400$.

I took a quick getaway...

Liked: The hotel was very clean and close to a lot of restaurants and convenient stores.Everything is within walking distance and the uber prices weren’t bad at all to get to where you wanted to go.It sometimes get loud at night but it’s downtown Atlanta so what do you expect.Overall the hotel was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The only thing they don’t mention on booking.com is the $150 security deposit but that’s the only thing

It was decent but I...

Liked: Hotel staff were courteous and professional. I love that breakfast is complimentary and the fitness center is open 24/7.
Disliked: Breakfast options were limited, the rooms are run down and appear to not have been updated in a long time. Also, valet parking is too expensive. During my stay, housekeeping staff entered my room without knocking first, despite my having the “Later” sign on the door. Thankfully, I was dressed but this was a frightening experience for me.
