Liked: The room was smaller than I anticipated. I suppose I should have paid closer attention to the fine print. However, it did include all of the amenities as advertised. One major concern was the lack of communication. We attempted to call the hotel several times while trying to locate a parking spot nearby, but unfortunately, no one ever answered the phone. This was especially frustrating, as we were arriving at night in the busy downtown/Peachtree area of Atlanta and were unsure if we had reached the correct location. That created a stressful start to our visit.We eventually found street parking and approached the Valet Attendant, who kindly directed us inside. Check-in went smoothly. However, we quickly noticed that the bathroom shower/tub leaked significantly whenever it was used. Additionally, there appeared to be limited staff on duty, as we had to go downstairs multiple times throughout our stay to request extra towels, blankets, and other essentials.On a positive note, the breakfast was delicious! As a guest from Alabama, I’d love to suggest adding grits and cranberry juice to the breakfast menu. Those additions would be wonderful!Overall, the room met our basic needs, and I truly enjoyed experiencing the city and spending time with my family. Thank you for the hospitality!
Disliked: I was disappointed that no one answered the phone when I attempted to call upon our arrival. We arrived at night, and the surrounding area had a noticeable amount of foot traffic, including individuals experiencing homelessness, which made the situation feel somewhat uneasy. It was a relief once we were able to confirm we were at the correct location and safely inside the hotel.
