Close proximity to theme parks...

Liked: The location to be the Disneyland parks is less than 1 mile away, easy access. My kids enjoyed the Mickey Mouse shapes waffle makers we ate for breakfast.
Disliked: There were multiple fixtures that needed repair. Sliding door to the bathroom was very difficult to open and close. The iron board hinge was broken could not stand the iron, had to lay it on the bed. And the usb connections did not work.
