Liked: Good location and close to parks and shops
Disliked: Staff where very helpful and friendly the breakfast was good

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Rooms well equipped. Quiet
Disliked: Room not ready even though arrived 2 hours after check-in. Housekeeping often very late in the day. Travelling with multiple families and at one stage all 3 rooms we had were unavailable for us to use due to housekeeping in all of them at same time (rooms were on different floors in different parts of the hotel).

Liked: Great Location! Clean and convenient. Breakfast included. Nice spa/pool deck area for the family. Overall great experience.
Disliked: I have nothing negative to say about this hotel.

Liked: The size of the room and amenities. I liked that they served breakfast very early.
Disliked: The check in staff was unknowledgeable and the check out staff was terrible, rude and dismissive. Clerk MJT Luckily the in-between staff in the middle of these too met expectations.
