Residence Inn by Marriott Asheville Biltmore

Nice stop for an overnight...

Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful. The gentleman who checked us in was extremely kind and went above and beyond. You could tell the hotel and been recently renovated.
Disliked: We didn't like the set up of the bathroom, with the sink outside. Breakfast was mid, but the staff on duty in the cafe was monitoring every little thing we did and made us feel uncomfortable.

Great location for Biltmore visit

Liked: Breakfast was nice.
Disliked: Had a dog in the room next door. Dog started barking when occupants would go to breakfast. Not a great way to start the day! Tried to call front desk and phone wouldn't work.Made reservation on booking.com and was unaware it would not qualify for rewards program. Frond desk did not say anything when I gave them reward number at check-in. They would have been able to see reservation was made through booking.com, and did not inform us it would not quality.
