Liked: The guy with the nails at the front desk, he was friendly and courteous.
Disliked: The let out couch had red stuff on it and I had an extra charge on my account

Great location and space for...

Liked: Breakfast had more variety than expected. For a continental breakfast, it was nice to have hot (waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits) and cold choices (cereal, fruit, muffins, bagels, hard boiled eggs). The staff were also good about refilling upon request, even in the last 1/2 hour. The reception staff were excellent - friendly, helpful, going out of their way to assist even for things that are not their jobs. Location was really good and walkable - 40 minute walk to the baseball game and walkable to a few restaurants. Quiet for sleeping. Shower was good. Space as pictured.
Disliked: Some hair on the bathroom floor, which was there the whole week despite several housekeeping services. A non-stick frying pan would be nice.

Liked: The spaciousness of the room and the convenience of a stocked kitchen with full sized appliances. Very nice.
Disliked: The sleeper sofa was awful. It was old and very uncomfortable we had to put pillows underneath in order to use it very disappointing but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

It was a great location...

Liked: Being able to have a suite was nice and the staff was very nice.
Disliked: It was pretty dirty in our room and our windows wouldn’t close. The bed was really hard.

Bad

Disliked: Rooms weren’t ready at Check in time. I was there for my daughter’s graduation that started at 7pm and my rooms were ready until 5:30-5:45. No discount was given
