Bad Choice!

Liked: The night I arrived the staff was pleasant and pool stays open until 12am! Great location, close to anything and everything you may need as a traveler.
Disliked: The 2 bed room king suite I got for my family of 5 was so dirty we were down to 1 bed. Blood stain on one bed and a plate of food smashed in and under the couch pull out (which we were counting on using). We got in late so to tired to deal with what should not have been an issue. Next morning I got laughed at by the Assistant General Manager, meaning this happens all the time and she said she was not surprised! Not only did she add insult to injury but I was also told I had booked through a 3rd Party and so there was nothing she could do, little did she know she had a former Hotel GM standing in front of her and knew what kind of pull a GM has to make complaints of that degree correct! All I can say is shame on you for your work ethic this morning Assistant General Manager!

Easy to get to off...

Liked: Great reception upon arrival, large room, great amenities and welcoming to our pet.
Disliked: N/A

Ok

Disliked: Room floor was dirty not vacuumed, outside of fridge had smears and smudges, room bed looked slept in, room smelled like roach spray

Comfortable but Bad Managing

Liked: It was a very good price, good location, staff was nice.
Disliked: They didn’t tell us until after we paid that their WiFi was not working. Luckily we didn’t need WiFi but had this been for a work trip I would have been very upset. They also gave us a queen bed instead of a king which we paid for and our room was t separate from the rest of the suite like the pictures showed. We would have asked to switch rooms but we were exhausted from a long day of travel.

Great service, clean, nice rooms,...

Liked: Brandon, one of the receptions, was very kind and helpful to not only me but another customer that didn't get the handicapped room they requested. He went and cleaned the room so they could have it. The cleaning staff was short and didn't get to clean the room.Also, I booked a room thru a 3rd party online. The room booked was not the room the 3rd party showed me. Brandon made it right after I showed him my confirmation. He's a great asset to your company!
Disliked: Our room was on the 1st floor. The highway was close and very loud!
