Exceptional

Passable

Great stay. Stayed the night...

Liked: Room was perfect size for our family of 5, and clean. Loved the two bedrooms, and kitchen.
Disliked: Would have gotten a 10, but the pool looked kinda dirty and the hot tub bubbles did not work. Our key had to be reprogrammed several times, but front desk always fixed it for us.

Very good

Liked: Love the two bath, two bed place with king beds.
Disliked: We were in the accessibility room for a shower, which was not great. I'm not sure how well a disabled person would even be able to shower, as the pressure was so weak that turning the wand upside down, water doesn't even come out of it. Water also gets everywhere.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: The Air Conditioning was not good. The first room we got (King Suite w/ 2 rooms) did not work at all. Got 2 separate rooms and the air conditioning worked in both rooms. One of the rooms had dead bugs throughout it. They gave us another room and that room was good.

Liked: The staff was nice.
Disliked: The a/c was not good. I think they knew that because they had 3 fans in the room. I booked a king suite, so I expected better than that.

Disappointing

Liked: We booked this hotel for the space which was great and easy to access location.
Disliked: HVAC was not functioning and manufacturer date on the unit was 1997. They had no other rooms so their solution was to bring us fans when the temps exceeded 100. I know things happen but after this stay, I looked at Google reviews and found this was a very common and ongoing issue. So they are just ignoring the problem and continuing to rent rooms without HVAC even though they are marketed as having ac.

Liked: very clean carpet
