Confortable except the cleaning of...

Liked: Perfect the location, the personal at the hall, the fitness room, the breakfast! Very good the apartment!
Disliked: My Room in one week was cleaned one time except, for two days I asked not to clean, but for the others only one day the housekeeper in my presence changed the towels and under my request made the bed...not acceptable for this category of hotel

Traveled to introduce grandchildren to...

Liked: The staff was amazing and helpful always. Breakfast choices were abundant and had daily variety. Access to metro was so convenient plus airport shuttle when needed. I will definitely be returning when back in DC. Highly recommend!
Disliked: Hallways were freezing:)

Spacious room, good breakfast, good...

Liked: Lots of space in the room for a good price. Breakfast staff were really nice, breakfast was good. Perfect location for NSF meeting.
Disliked: Room was a little dated and worn, no USB ports in the bedroom, no housekeeping during my stay.

Disliked: Already paid booking.com in full and they charged me again. Talked to front desk two times at length, promised to remove the charge and still didn’t. Now will have to dispute with credit card. What a waste of time!
