Liked: I liked the fireplace & grill
Disliked: No air conditioning it was broke, there was bugs in the pull out beds & the towels.

Clean, comfortable. Great staff except...

Liked: Breakfast was good except no coffee.
Disliked: The person working in the breakfast area was very rude she stood in front of the food area so we had to get around her. Also, we told her there was no coffee and she just stared at us.

Liked: The staff were very welcoming and friendly.
Disliked: The spiders in the room. I killed about three spiders during my overnight stay. One was even in my bed and crawled on my child. It made the stay slightly uncomfortable.

Liked: The manager John is the best attendant at a hotel ive ever met! He goes ABOVE and beyond for all his customers and was super nice to my two year old and myself! Will definitely book again! Thank you!

Not happy with beds

Disliked: Beds were terrible. Didn't sleep well, woke up sore. They were not comfortable at allNo king beds available, not good... 2 adults in a queen, no room

Comfy and construction!

Liked: I loved how it was tucked away off the highway so nice area where I could walk my dog.
Disliked: Well, it was under construction and I had read that they were working on the pool and the exercise area, but I had no idea that the whole lobby and hallways were just totally ripped apart and under construction and there was no breakfast area in the lobby. They had a sweet upstairs where they had breakfast set up, which was fine. I was disappointed that they didn’t give any kind of break for all the construction that was going on I mean, not even carpeting and some of the hallways. Just surprised that they have stayed open during construction, but I guess they’ve been under construction since March, I was disappointed that they didn’t give any kind of break for all the construction that was going on I mean, not even carpeting and some of the hallways. I highly doubt it. There was much more to do! So if you’re really hoping for a pool and work out and a nice area to have breakfast, this is probably not your spot. And the price for a dog I thought was pretty hefty… $75.

We’ve stayed here multiple times...

Liked: location- we have stayed here numerous times on our CC trip from CA to Maine.
Disliked: We’ve stayed here multiple times during our cross-country trips from California to Maine, but this year was a huge disappointment. The place was undergoing construction, and everything in the unit was in poor condition. Out of our window, we had a view of a tractor and ladders—I even took photos! Two of the entrances were closed, forcing us to walk around the property, and many of the facilities were shut down. The parking lot was cluttered with construction materials, and we paid over $300 a night for this experience. We won’t be coming back.

Liked: Staff was very pleasant and great to work with. Room was very nice and provided enough space and accessories for me. Breakfast was great. Location was perfect for my trip. Would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Entire first floor was under construction meaning that both stair cases were not usable and everyone had to be funneled through the elevator, and the pool/exercise room were also out of commission. TV guide/channels didn't match up properly, and NBC (the olympics) channel didn't work. I felt that it was a bit pricey for not having all of the amenities available.
