Liked: I wish I knew the first name of the person who we dealt with during our stay, so kind and down to earth, even under pressure, people being pushy and the whole time, they just gave service with a smile. One evening we were out walking around the property and this manager (I presume) was just leaving, and in the morning I was up walking and getting coffee before 6 and they were already back at it, still working hard, still smiling. I appreciate people like this. They make going the extra mile seem effortless.
Disliked: Honestly, our kids said the pullout couch was, "ok, but not great" and really, that was the only comment I heard from my crew.

Liked: Close to Target, freeway and free outdoor parking lot. Room was spacious and property was clean. Housekeeping staff were friendly and thorough in following up with us daily.
Disliked: The bar was closed throughout entire stay. No alcohol for sale in The Market. Lots of fast food nearby but we’re a sit-down diner kinda family. Not a lot of full service restaurants nearby. Kitchen was not stocked with pots, pans. Front Desk staff were not welcoming, friendly nor did they offer any additional help.
