Pricey and with a few shortcomings/flaws to improve

Liked: Room was a nice size for the city and it's always nice to have a kitchen. The back lobby design was attractive. Location is convenient to South Station, with several good restaurants nearby.
Disliked: Bed comfort and bed linens could be improved for the price. Also it was either hot or cold in the room; hard to find a happy medium in temperature. Wifi was super spotty, which was annoying. Breakfast could be improved. Nothing horrible about the hotel, but at the price we paid, I did expect more. It was a very expensive stay but we booked rather last minute, so not much else was available. I'd not stay there again for that price. ($800 per night for a 1-bedroom suite!)
