Liked: All of the staff was excellent. They were friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast staff members. They took care of us doing things we didn't even ask for, like covering our syrup cups, bring a tray, taking trash, etc. (We were taking breakfast back to the room for our kids).
Disliked: Everything was good.

Liked: Oh my God, the ENTIRE room was EXCELLENTLY clean! I found the beds clean, free of mattress tracings of bed bugs (which is my greatest concern) and not only that, the bedding was clean and VERY comfortable. As a matter of fact, i would like to know where you purchase the same matress used in Room 112. Please send me name and firm or extra firm name of this mattress. the amenities and useful dishes, dish liquid, bathrooms were clean and lots of white clean towels were found VERY nice!!!!
Disliked: I liked everything,

Liked: The staff was amazing and it was clean. The 2 bedroom suite had ample space to be comfortable for a family and have the kids and parents needed space to watch their own shows on separate TVs with netflix.
Disliked: It was very warm in the room and AC had a hard time keeping up with the heat. However, it was the hottest time of year in Atlanta and the bedrooms were cooler than the rest of the suite area. The cooking pots and pans were difficult to cook on and very poor quality. I would suggest anyone planning to cook while staying there to bring their own pans. We were planning to use the pull out couch for the youngest child but it was too uncomfortable to sleep on so they slept with us in the bed. I also had wished there was a dark blind to close with the curtains in the living area to be able to sleep on couch without sun blaring in the room. That may have kept it a little cooler also.
