Good place to stay!
Liked: Everyone! Every employee we spoke with was helpful and kind and they were all in a great mood. They seemed to enjoy their work in the 'customer service' industry!
Disliked: No restaurant; but great suite with stove top, microwave, refrigerator, dishes, etc., so we took a short walk.

Liked: Location is fairly central. Breakfast was only fair, and less than I would have expected for this class of property.

Not the best stay and...
Liked: The proximity to certain locations such as the Swiss Embassy and some theaters and art museums was nice. It made walking easy. The major attractions and shopping still need to be driven to. Staff was friendly and accommodating onsite. Unfortunately the assistance and offered resolutions stopped as soon as we checked out.
Disliked: Very noisy (active construction onsite/next door, between multiple student groups, some sort of party group on our last night, and a bad refrigerator compressor in our unit) at pretty much all hours. The accommodations offered (moving us) would not have resolved the noise issues due to the available rooms being either directly next to construction or the noisy rooms. They put in a maintenance request for our refrigerator but no one ever came by to fix it. The furniture in the room was a bit outdated and worn but the amenities were nice. There was no microwave but there was a small stove, kitchen sink, and full size refrigerator.The staff was friendly and accommodating and offered to reimburse the stay via points and that we would be contacted by the manager due to all our issues. Unfortunately since we checked out we have not been contacted by anyone and have received no point reimbursement. The staff (5 star) would be the only reason id rate this stay above a 2 star experience and I must say I am a bit disappointed and surprised at the lack of response.

Disliked: I didnt like the valet parking price that was very high. I also didnt like the fact that they hold $150 off your card. No one explain that during booking the hotel!
