It was fun
Liked: It’s near the airport.
Disliked: The AC room location. The air conditioning coming out of the vent bounced off the wall and then onto my face, making it hard for me to sleep. Because of the heat, I had to keep the air conditioning running.

Liked: I enjoyed the free breakfast and waters available for the guest.
Disliked: Lack of follow through with investigations and missing items. Security could use customer service training and housekeeping could use more training on knowing how swipes in and out of rooms during cleaning hours.

Liked: The room was nice. We loved the large TV that rotated to face different spots. The kitchen was great, and we appreciated having dishware.
Disliked: The parking was AWFUL. Seriously the worst hotel parking lot I have EVER had to park in. For $44 a day (on top of the room fee), I should not have to spend 30 minutes looking for a spot my small car can fit in. Multiple parking rows were completely blocked and inaccessible (see photo). Extra spots were added sideways next to buildings, requiring 3-point turns to avoid hitting. Cars were parked diagonally in places. There was street parking nearby, but with a 2-hour time limit, and I didn't know the area well enough to try finding another garage (and end up walking blocks with my luggage). I literally missed out on seeing my family in town for the first night of my stay because I wasn't willing to risk not finding a parking spot again when I came back. It needs to be made more clear on the hotel website that this hotel is NOT for people traveling with their own cars.
