Liked: The location was perfect for walking to king st. The breakfast and coffee were delicious. The price was reasonable. The room was good sized.

Comfy bed and well-equipped kitchenette

Liked: Our one-bedroom suite was very nice. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable. The pillows were too squishy, but that's a given for hotels. I liked having a full-size fridge, microwave, stovetop, and dishwasher in the kitchenette. The fitness center is extremely well equipped and I was able to easily do a full workout. Staff were always friendly and helpful. One morning the housekeeping staff missed cleaning our room, and the manager called to apologize and gave me Marriott points to make up for it.
Disliked: The couch was saggy, and my partner opted to sleep on it as a couch instead of pulling out the folding bed, which he said wasn't comfortable at all. I wish the bathroom could be accessed from the living room without going through the bedroom; I went to sleep late and my partner got up early, and he had to tiptoe through the bedroom to get to the bathroom and hope he didn't wake me. Separate thermostats for the living room and bedroom would also have been nice.

Liked: Friendly and caring staff. Breakfast is excellent for a hotel breakfast. Clean room.
Disliked: $40 fee per day for parking…this was not mentioned in my booking. We drive, so I had no choice but to pay the fee.
