Liked: Located on the Grand Place, the location can't be beat. Zaid, the only staff we met, was warm and super helpful. We did not have a room with a view (it was in the attic) but is was roomy and comfortable.
Disliked: The bathroom shower was antiquated and we had no control over the heat. It came on and went off at set times

Disliked: No view, looked at metal grate & dilapidated building.NO hot water on 2nd morning Breakfast across the street which didn’t start until 8am, an issue as we had to start a tour at 8.20 in another area.No security locks on room door. Had to slam door to shut it.
