They don't seem to care

Liked: That I was steps away from Pike Place. Still would rather have stayed somewhere else.
Disliked: The room wasn't ready until about 45 minutes after we got there. Claiming they were still cleaning due to some excuse, but floors still were unswept or not swept well. The fridge sounded like a train all night long, and when reported, they offered ear plugs. Except for the gentleman during our checkout, the front host people seemed like they didn't give a dam you were there and were more interested in looking at their their phone screen. Quality of people working feels low, although management has most to do with all of my complaints.

Liked: This hotel was right in the downtown close to Pike Place
Disliked: From the moment we walked into the lobby we questioned our choice. The desk person was rude, the very tiny lobby was so hot and many people were inside waiting to check in. They would not check anyone in until exactly 4 pm or they would charge $75 extra. The lobby was filthy. Once we got to our room, they had a floor air conditioner that didn’t cool our room at all but it was no wonder, the back vents were covered in disgusting dust. The refrigerator and stove had others hand prints on it. I have pictures I am posting.

Liked: I thought the location was fabulous. We were close to many main attractions and to public transportation.
Disliked: Air conditioning could be improved. Other than that it was great!

Very nice comfortable apartment, shame...

Liked: The location was ideal for us, being very close to Pike Street Market, and walking distance to The Space Needle complex and the station to take us back to the airport very efficiently and cheaply (compared to the taxi we got from the airport).The apartment had all that we needed for a comfortable stay, particularly the kitchen area which looked brand new. We easily found our wat to all the places we wished to visit, and used the hop-on, hop-off bus, which stopped very close to the hotel, to get a feel for the whole city.
Disliked: The main problem was that the elevator was not working throughout our stay. Without elevator access we had to use the street to get between our apartment and reception. The staff did their best by providing a doorman at the door of the apartment building entrance, who was most obliging in carrying luggage up and down the stairs. The other thing we did not like, although ALL the hotels we stayed in on this trip were the same (and we stayed in many) was the lack of electric kettle. We had to use the hob to boil water for tea, although there is always an electric coffee maker in every hotel room.

Wonderful location for any type...

Liked: Great location and units were well equipped although we didn't make any meals - local restaurants are too good. The staff at this location was great. Our primary contact at checkin was Allison and she jumped through hoops to move us to the room we initially ordered via booking.com during an incredibly busy time.
Disliked: The Saturday checkin was a zoo. For some unknown reason the housekeeping staff was not letting the management know when the units were cleaned and ready. The lobby was overflowing with luggage as we were told we couldn't check in until 4pm- however it was 5pm before we got in. The lobby is so small we had to leave the premises and check back every 15 minutes or so. Let me be clear - through all this the staff was great!
