Renzzi On The Beach

Lovely place for a short...

Liked: Room was very nice. Well furnished and generally well equipped. Location was very good for the beach and pretty close for large stores. Easy enough to get bus to downtown too. Air conditioning worked well and no bugs! Room was kept very clean. Messages were responded too promptly. Very satisfied overall!
Disliked: Generally only small faults. Walls are fairly thin so can be a little loud sometimes. TV did not seem to work, even when remote batteries were replaced. Rooms were a little smaller than expected but not significant.

Disliked: The room walls are very thin as you hear everyting from the next room which makes it difficult for you to sleep.Sofa bed and the shower are not powerful particularly shower

Liked: Lovely accommodation, so close to the beach! The host was great at replying back to any queries we had. Would definitely recommend this apartment it’s perfect for being next to South beach and nearby shops.

Liked: Location was great.
Disliked: Where do I start. Our room had a door connecting to next door with a large gap underneath. We might as well have all been in the same room. We could hear (and smell) EVERYTHING.The room was much smaller than in the photos, and did not have an oven or sofa as per the photos and description. I contacted the staff via WhatsApp as there are no staff in the building - they said we could move to a different room the next morning. When I asked in the morning, we were told all the rooms are the same and none of them have ovens or sofas - "the photos are just for referencial". They then left me on read and didn't reply to me.The blind did not block out any light and the noise prevented us from sleeping. The "well equipped" kitchen didn't have handles on the doors so you had to prise them open with your fingernails and we had to ask for a toaster. In fairness, there was a blender, but why you'd need that over a toaster/kettle/oven is beyond me.The bathroom was damp and smelt very bad. There was also a strange noise when you turned the light on, which sounded like a camera switching on - but that might be us being paranoid.Stay somewhere else.
