Disliked: There is no elevator in the building. It is very difficult to lift and lower luggage by stairs.

Disliked: Absolutely terrible. This “hotel” is riddled with serious health and safety concerns. The rooms we were provided had no battery in the fire alarm, a broken deadlock, detached door handles, mould throughout the bathroom and a bathroom window shade that didn’t cover the window, leaving whoever is showering exposed to public view. The rooms look like they have never been cleaned before and it would take a matter of hours for someone to get an infection of some form here. To make matters worse, we were informed we could not flush toilet paper and were expected to dispose of it in a bin—unacceptable for any modern accommodation. Staff were unhelpful and rude when concerns were raised, and all guests felt unsafe staying on the premises.We checked out immediately and never looked back. DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Disliked: Extremely Disappointing Stay – Unsafe and UncleanI rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable on multiple levels. The cleanliness of the property was appalling – the entire bathroom was covered in mould, and the toilet was overflowing when flushed, creating an unhygienic and uncomfortable environment. Even more concerning was the complete lack of safety. There was no lock on the inside of our room door, and to make matters worse, the front door was frequently left unlocked. On top of that, multiple staff entered our room without our consent, which felt like a serious invasion of privacy.When we raised these issues, the staff were not only unhelpful but showed no willingness to resolve any of our concerns. They were dismissive and made no effort to ensure we felt safe or comfortable during our stay.I would not recommend this property to anyone. Between the poor hygiene, safety risks, and unprofessional staff, this was one of the worst stays I’ve experienced, which lead to us having to pay for a new hotel for the 3 nights we had booked for and are still yet to receive any response from this place regarding these issues!
