Liked: Property is very clean. Secure. Accessible. It is a remote property but person handling is very cooperative.
Disliked: Room cleaning is every three days. Which i think should be daily.

No comfort

Liked: The location is not like look on the information booking
Disliked: Don't lie on booking or expidia o wharever informatión the picture should that on the back we can walk to the beach.

Unpleasant

Liked: If you’re looking for an affordable place by Miami Beach & are willing to compromise on your comfort, you need to know it’s not a holiday like setup. It’s uncomfortable.
Disliked: It was really terrible, the sink was blocked so when I would brush my teeth or wash my face the dirty water would rise up. The shower blinds were dirty and mould at the bottom. There were cockroaches all over the place, I even had to cover a dead cockroach with a towel at some point. Aesthetically unpleasant, my door was cracked, unfinished construction or renovation. I can honestly say the reviews I read that made it sound pleasing, were not accurate. Just another note the beach is not next door as shown on pictures, you have to walk about a kilometer to get to the beach. There’a no elevator, if your room is on the third floor you need to climb up with your bags.

Liked: Read!!!!!!!! ‼️ Do not stay at their properties!!!!! First off I would like to say this experience was absolutely horrible. We were here for our daughter‘s birthday and it was not good. We checked in on Friday and was waiting for the room to get cool and it never did the AC never worked the property that we were at was the Renzzi on the beach. When getting in bed, there were several bugs. I also took a picture and sent to the manager and was told I’m not sure why bugs are in there. We were told that we were going to be moved to Agave on the beach. While we were at Renzi on the beach. The manager told us to go downstairs and get a fan out the office closet. We went down there and there was no fan so we had to spend Friday night with no AC and I have very bad asthma the manager assured me that someone will come in the morning to fix the AC but they never did I had to call booking.com just for them to move me to a different room. We got to a different room at agave on the beach and when we got here, the AC was cold and working, but suddenly was turned off after we left so they sent someone out here again to turn it back on. The guy says there’s something going on with their system when there are so many things running are so many units running it will kick it off then today when it’s time to check out on Sunday, it goes off again. I call the manager at the front desk and she cannot tell me why this is happening. The only thing she said is that we can stay until one why would I want to stay in a hot room until one? We are in Florida it’s hot Thank you so much for ruining my daughter‘s 19th birthday. I will make sure no one stays at your property. This is not how you do guests.
