Professional and luxury stayover in...

Liked: A real business hotel (belonging to BASF and apparently catering mainly for their visitors) with all excellent facilities that you would expect. Very professional staff. Enormous breakfast. Very good value for money.
Disliked: The airconditioning of the hospital next door is generating a constant hum, so close your window...

Excellent service and really worth...

Liked: Very well managed hotel with topService from all staff and the breakfast was on top! Everything was high quality and we appreciated the welcome drink to be offering Water to go! Nice garden and it was nice to eat from a small menu but with really nice choices!
Disliked: The cushions was to hard and stiff we had preferred goose feathers!

Disappointing when I know they...

Liked: The breakfast was quite amazing, the drink bar is an amazing place to be. And overall, a lot of the staff members seem excited to be of help.
Disliked: This stay was... disappointing. Very different to my previous.The room wasn't cleaned well enough:- there were stains on the walls- there were what *looked like* spider eggs in the ventilation (could be dust balls), see picturesAnd on one day (Saturday), when we ordered a drink at the bar, the glass was dirty, sticky, both the inside and the outside were showing signs of being unwashed. When we brought this up to the staff member (who was already prioritizing the, what we expect to be, better paying customers) just looked at us like a deer in headlights. They eventually offered a new glass but at this point my girlfriend was so uncomfortable, she said no... several times, which he promptly ignored until I (the man) said what my girlfriend said. Getting some real sexist vibes here.And their AC system is... clunky. When you select cold it still blasts hot air. But this issue pales in comparison to the real dealbreakers.IF I ever go back here, I expect standards to have gone up, because this was unacceptable.
