We had a fantastic stay...

Liked: It was very close to everything, Great bed, great shower and the view was amazing.
Disliked: It’s a little outdated and could do with some refurbishing,

Liked: Great location!Hotel room quite outdated and in need of a refurb, albeit clean and tidy. Also, there is no restaurant/room service at this hotel, so if you have young kids or you simply want to have a night in without having to worry about going out to get dinner, this may or may not be a deal breaker - the room had a small kitchenette.

Disliked: The room was located on the bottom floor so at times it was noisy due to people walking outside on the street. The fridge in the kitchen had marks on the fridge door.

Liked: Ease of getting around Circular quay. Staff were very helpful.
Disliked: We had long hairs in the bed. I said we'd stay in that room if they changed the bed. We were moved to another room. The curtains were closed. We began to hear voices. This room was on the ground floor. It was directly adjacent to a walkway where people are having guided tours. It had padlocks on the door. During the night/early morning we could her people walking by and shouting. We couldn't have the curtain open in the morning. There was only one dirty net curtain to cover all 3 windows. That was hanging off the track as well. We thought the fridge had something spilt down the front. It was very rusty. Tiles were broken in the bathroom. Mismatched taps. Pretty awful all round. Very pleased to leave.
